Golfpac's Ultimate Golf & Safari Experience Sweepstakes Rules: 1. No Purchase Necessary. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on April 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2008. 4. This sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the U.S in the 50 states and Canadian residents (except the province of Quebec) who are 21 years of age and older. Employees and the immediate family members of Golfpac, Inc., GoPlaySA (Go Play South Africa), Tuningi Safari Lodge, Radisson Hotel Waterfront, Cascades Hotel, Arabella Golf Course, Pearl Valley Golf Course, Lost City Golf Course, transportation partners, their affiliates, divisions, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies and any other entity directly associated with this sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. There is one (1) Grand Prize of a trip for two people to South Africa. Trip includes nine nights' accommodations and three rounds of golf. Travel must be contiguous. Hotel accommodations will be provided by the Radisson Hotel Waterfront for 4 nights (double occupancy); Cascades Hotel for 3 nights (double occupancy); Tuningi Safari Lodge for 2 nights (double occupancy including game drives);. Winner will also receive complimentary golf for two people at Arabella Golf Course, Pearl Valley Golf Course, Lost City Golf Course and entrance to the final day’s play of the Women’s World Cup event. The trip is from January 16, 2009 through January 26, 2009. Approximate retail value of prize is $11,800.00. Actual value may vary. Winner will be responsible for all gratuities, room service charges, insurance, taxes, food and beverage purchases, telephone charges, airfare, and other items not specified in these Official Rules. 6. Winner Selection: Winner will be randomly selected on or about July 10, 2008 from all eligible entries received. The prizewinner will be notified with details on how to claim their prize by phone, mail or email within 10 days of the drawing. To claim a prize, prizewinner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited) within 10 days of notification or an alternate will be selected from among all remaining entries. Travel companions of winner will also be required to sign and return a Travel Liability Waiver. 7.
