"When you step up to the first tee of a golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II, there is no doubt that you have encoutered something special. And The Raven Golf Club at Sandestin is no exception. It is a masterpiece. Marked by lush landscaping, dramatic water features and varying bunker patterns, it is a feat for the eyes, as well as an enjoyable test of skill. It is unique for the way it maximizes the landscape -- the course looks different from morning to late afternoon. Depending on the tee you choose, The Raven measures between 5,000 and 6,900 yards with large, undulating greens. It is a breathtaking course, beautiful and challenging.
