In our room the window wouldn't work and had to be fixed, the tap in the bathroom had to be fixed and we didn't get the king-sized bed we requested

The hotel was very nice. The check in was slow however. We had requested a room with a balcony. But when we checked into our room, it did not have a balcony and we had to jump through hoops in order to get a room with a balcony, even though the hotel didn't seem all that busy. We ended up waiting in our room for about 40 minutes before we heard back whether or not they could move us to a room with a balcony.
