Intimidating. Enjoyable. These two words don't often go hand in hand, but they accurately describe the Pine Barrens course at World Woods. Ranked #26 on Golfweek's list of "America's Best Modern Courses for 2006," this Tom Fazio design has been receiving accolades since it opened in 1991. It's perennially ranked among the nation's top courses by Golf Digest and has been called "Florida's Pine Valley." The course features large fairways framed by expansive waste bunkers and towering pines (hence the comparisons to Pine Valley).
