| 02/12/2008 - Beautiful course, but errant shots are penalized excessively because most of them end up in inaccessible water features.
Housing along the perimeter of the course was new and attractive, but OB's frequently were very close to the fairways and in play.
The bunkers were in poor shape.
The greens were small and frequently associated with target golf.
The "wild" areas were very nicely maintained and there were a lot of birds in residence.

| 04/12/2007 - In the past four years or more, this has become one of our most favorite courses to play and stop in on arrival into town. They have a great driving range facitilty to use and the club grill/bar is great. This is a must play just to enjoy the course and clubhouse facitilies. We feel at home here and always
the staff is very helpful and go out of their way to help or
obtain anything you might needs.
Carolina Club will always be a stop on our card!!!!

Designed in 1972 by architects Devlin/Von Hagge, this championship course is maintained to perfection with fast, true greens and contoured fairways. It was redesigned in 1990 by Karl Litten and has played host to the PGA Tour's Honda Classic Qualifier. This interesting layout features water on 17 of 18 holes! Located 20 minutes northwest of Ft. Lauderdale, Carolina Club is a good choice for golfers staying in Ft. Lauderdale, Boca Raton, or West Palm Beach.
