| 03/20/2008 - This was the first time I played the course, plus the weather was cool and windy. And given that many of the landing areas were hidden from the tee and that most of the greens had severe contouring, my golf experience there was not great.
I suspect if I was to play it again under better conditions, my golf experience would be much better.
All that being said, I find the overall experience not worth the significant surcharge and would only play the course again, if the majority of our group wanted to do so. Posted by John (Akron, OH) |
| 03/13/2008 - Started us on back nine, not fair for new players on such a difficult course. Posted by Jim (St. Catharines, ON) |
| 03/10/2008 - VERY CLOSE BY TO ACCOMODATIONS
VERY CONVENIENT Posted by Hank (Tonawanda, NY) |
| 03/10/2008 - The golf course was in great condition and the people were very informative and friendly.
I would recommend this course to friends.

| 03/05/2008 - First class operation, from parking lot to tee. Course is a bit short for big hitters. But, multi-tiered greens balance the challenge. Pay attention to the GPS in cart for best landing area for shots. Some forced carry drives are required. Facilities and personnel are groomed to provide the best experience for you. | 03/03/2008 - Excellent service and staff. Posted by Terry (Addison, IL) |
| 03/03/2008 - played it numerous times. very tough course when it is windy. tough yet fair greens. overall very good Posted by Sal (Eastampton, NJ) |
| 03/03/2008 - Would not be my first choice of courses. Facilities and course nice, but felt most of the greens were "tricked up". Luckily it had rained and they were slow or putting often would have been extremely difficult and good shot would not have been rewarded. Posted by Michael (Clive, IA) |
| 02/25/2008 - Another first time play. This was a great course only 15 minutes from the hotel. Excellent condition. Posted by Doug (Ottawa, ON) |
| 02/18/2008 - found the coarse a little overrated- a couple too many funky greens. it had great views and was in ok shape for the time of the year Posted by Michael (Waterloo, ON) |

Mystic Dunes was designed by PGA Tour Professional and NBC golf analyst Gary Koch, opened in Fall 2001. As a par 71, 7012-yard course, Mystic Dunes' layout is truly unique to Orlando. The "low-country" front nine weaves its way through majestic oaks and pine trees, similar to those courses in the Carolinas, meandering through marsh and wetlands. From the links-style back nine with its rolling fairways, bump-and-run shots around the greens and quick putting surfaces, golfers feel reminiscent of the truly greatest courses of the British Isles. The course challenges golfers to play it smart off the tee, deliver solid iron shots into the greens, and putt on always- consistent greens. An expansive driving range and exquisite clubhouse and restaurant/ bar overlooking the course rounds out the whole experience.
Added value: complimentary range balls, ParView GPS, comp drink (draft beer, wine, or soda) in clubhouse, 10% off all pro shop merchandise
