Embassy Suites Ft Myers - Estero
Embassy Suites Hotels always seem to be popular with golfers. For one thing, golfers line up for the hotel's bountiful "cooked-to-order" breakfast, which serves as fuel for a long day on the links. Later that afternoon, you'll find the same golfers swapping tales from the day at the complimentary manager's reception from 5:30 to 7:30 each evening. Billed as the only "stand alone" Jack Nicklaus course in Southwest Florida, Old Corkscrew Golf Club is not part of a real estate development. Named for the winding river nearby, it's set on a 275-acre site about seven miles east of I-75. Raptor Bay Golf Club ~ 7.48 miles (Not Driving Distance)
WCI, in a partnership with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, sought the expertise of golf legend Raymond Floyd to design 27 golf holes and make history, as Raptor Bay becomes the first resort course in the world to receive Audubon International's Gold Signature Certification. The first 18 holes opened for play in September 2001 and feature multiple tee locations, so the course can play from a variety of lengths and angles.
