TEE TIME REQUEST FOR JEKYLL ISLAND GOLF CLUB-INDIAN MOUND IN JEKYLL ISLAND, GA

Indian Mound was designed by golf course architect Joe Lee and opened in 1975. Lee mapped out this 18-hole championship treasure with his trademark strategically positioned fairway bunkers, playing through some of Jekyll Island's most pristine lakes and protected marshlands. Lee named his creation Indian Mound after the large oyster shell middens left behind by aboriginal indian tribes hundreds of years ago. Indian Mound like Jekyll Island's other distinctive courses is unobtrusive by residential or commercial development. |
