ASU KARSTEN GOLF COURSETEMPE, AZ Pete Dye designed this links-style course which features dramatically rolling fairways bordered by lush mounding and Dye's signature use of railroad ties and hidden bunkers. Karsten is an extremely scenic layout that is always well maintained with three holes (#9, #16, and #18) voted among the most difficult in Arizona. The facility also offers a gorgeous clubhouse with state-of-the-art amenities. Centrally located, ASU Karsten is just 10 minutes south of Scottsdale. |

Golfer Comments
04/28/2008 - Disappointing. Tried to squeeze 18 holes in a 9 hole piece of land. Not real picturesque with interstates highways and power lines surrounding you. Didn't expect a 5 stars course based on the modest rates did expect more than we got. Hard to believe this is ASU's home track. Posted by Rob (Charlotte, NC)

03/12/2007 - The course is great, the conditions of the greens were ok. The pace of play was great in the am, but in the pm they sent out an outing and the play was extremely slow we only finished 9 holes. Posted by Sean (Appleton, WI)
