2008 ST ANDREWS GOLF WEEK A TREMENDOUS SUCCESS
The reports are flooding in from St. Andrews on another successful Golf Week. An annual event, the St. Andrews Golf Week helps kick off the summer golf season. It's truly a one-of-a-kind experience with golf and fun daily events on five courses in St. Andrews including a final round on the Old Course itself. TWO-MAN TEAM EVENT IN IRELAND!
Here's a great idea for your next golf adventure. The North American Golf Tour Operators Alliance is pleased to offer you the opportunity to compete in the second annual North & West Coast Links Golf Challenge (September 7-13, 2008). Including a practice round, the tournament will be played over five days over some of the finest links courses in the world including Royal Portrush, Portstewart, Ballyliffin's Glashedy Links, Rosapenna, and Portsalon. Tournament entry and format is based on two-person teams, Stableford Scoring, better ball. The best score for each hole will count as the team score. Maximum handicap utilized for scoring will be 24 for men and 28 for women. Overall winners will be the teams with the highest accumulated points over the four tournament rounds.
