In conjunction with The North American Golf Tour Operators Alliance, we're pleased to offer you and your favorite golf partner the opportunity to compete in the second annual North & West Coast Links Golf Challenge. The tournament will be played over five days (including practice round) on some of the finest links courses in the world — Portsalon, Ballyliffen, Rosapenna, Portstewart and Royal Portrush.
The tournament format is based on two-person teams, Stableford scoring — better ball. The best score for each hole will count as the team score. Maximum handicap utilized for scoring will be 24 for men, 28 for ladies. Overall winners will be the teams with the highest accumulated points over the four tournament rounds. In addition, there will be daily prizes awarded. This is your chance to test your game over arguably the most exciting golf terrain in Ireland, if not the world.
Accommodations have been arranged for two different hotels for three nights each. Your host for the first three nights will be the Inishowen Gateway Hotel located in Buncrana. This three-star property is central for playing the great links courses at Portsalon and Ballyliffen. Your hotel for the final three nights will be the Ramada Portrush, which is located overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on the northern tip of Northern Ireland. Nearby are such famous sites as Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, and Bushmills Distillery.

The Ireland Golf Challenge includes:
- Three nights' accommodations at the Inishowen Gateway Hotel in Buncrana.
- Three nights' accommodations at the Ramada Portrush.
- Five rounds of golf with prepaid green fees at Portsalon (practice round), Ballyliffen, Rosapenna, Portstewart, and Royal Portrush.
- Welcome reception and dinner the first evening (September 7).
- Farewell reception with presentation of prizes and dinner the final evening (September 12).
- Full breakfast daily.
- Lunch at each golf course daily (soup/sandwich, tea/coffee).
