Although we like to think it never rains on a Golfpac traveler, we realize this just isn't quite always the case. On a lousy day, the first thing we suggest you do is contact the course to see what playing conditions are like. There are basically two scenarios you'll run into on a rainy day as follows.- The course is closed due to inclement weather. When a course is closed you will receive a full refund for the unused round of golf. Make sure to contact Golfpac so we can confirm the course is closed and note your account for a 100% rain refund.
- The course is open for play. If the course is not closed, they will expect you to play at the prearranged tee time. It's important to understand GOLFPAC has guaranteed a paid round to the course. Should you decide not to play, the course holds the right to bill for the round of golf.
With #2 stated above, we also suggest you contact us if the weather stinks. If the weather is indeed bad, we always do our best to see if we can secure a rain refund on your behalf. We can't guarantee it, but we are always happy to have a conversation with the course on your behalf.
Otherwise, if you do decide to play, it is your responsibility to inquire as to the weather related refund policy at each course should your round be interrupted during play. In most cases, the course will issue a "rain check" if you are unable to complete your round.
