When am I going to get my golf vouchers?

Great question, Bryan, and one our reservation staff gets quite often as our travelers can't wait for their trip to start! We mail travel documents (aka "voucher packs") to our U.S. customers two weeks prior to each group's first date of travel. Therefore, most Golfpac travelers receive their voucher packs about one week before they are set to go. We wait until two weeks prior to mail documents because most changes occur close in to the travel dates. This helps us avoid a great majority of changes in group size, arrival dates, etc. Travel documents for International customers are can be mailed 21 days out, but we actually prefer to e-mail them these days to ensure their delivery. Included in the travel documents are vouchers for your hotel, golf courses, and car rental (if applicable). We also try to include hotel brochures, scorecards for each of the courses, and a map with general directions to help you find your way around. Now, if we can just get some of you to remember to bring your vouchers with you! |
