We have representatives visit most of the courses we sell at least once a year on official sales calls. In addition, many of our representatives (aka "Golf Experts") travel on their own to play as many courses as they possibly can. It's a tremendous perk, and one that is vital to the job we do. We take product knowledge very seriously, and when someone visits a property we share the experience with each other in our weekly sales meetings.

What's most interesting is how different our opinions can be about the same course. Let's face it; the courses we tend to like the best are the courses we play well. We therefore have to try hard to review courses from a perspective of how much we think our travelers will like it regardless of how well we played that day. This can be difficult, but we feel we do a great job educating each other on the different courses we get to play. We hope this expertise shines through when we're communicating with you about your next trip.
