Answers to Reservations FAQs
Hotel accommodations, confirmed tee times, 18-hole green fee and shared cart fee, and all appropriate taxes (unless otherwise noted).
A $75.00 per person deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This amount may vary by hotel or resort. Please ask a GOLFPAC representative for details.
THE BALANCE FOR THE ENTIRE PACKAGE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR DAY OF ARRIVAL. This assures that all necessary vouchers will be delivered to your mailing address at least seven days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. Late payments or bookings made within 14 days of arrival may be assessed a $25 express charge to ensure overnight document delivery. International express charges may vary by destination. If you choose, your account may be automatically billed the outstanding balance 30 days prior to travel. Please ask your GOLFPAC representative for details.
We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, etc., and U.S. currency in the form of money orders and checks (travelers, certified, cashiers, and personal). Late payments (within 14 days of arrival date) must be in the form of a certified check or credit card. All payments are made to GOLFPAC for the complete package including all surcharges (unless otherwise noted).
All cancellations will be assessed cancellation fee plus any cancellation penalties imposed by the hotel, golf courses, and/or car rental company. It is important to note that many hotels and golf courses have non-refundable deposits and strict cancellation policies. No refunds will be issued if vouchers are received later than 90 days past the voucher date. No refunds will be made for unused portions of the package once any part is used. No office refunds. Refunds will be mailed directly to your home or applied to your credit card. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
- 31+ days prior to arrival: $25 per person, plus any prepaid, non-refundable fees.
- 15-30 days prior to arrival: $50 per person, plus any prepaid, non-refundable fees.
- 14 days prior to arrival: $75 per person, plus any prepaid, non-refundable fees.
GOLFPAC’s golf experts are on hand during office hours to assist you. Each change in a completed golf schedule may be assessed a $5 change fee. Or, if vouchers need to be reissued, a $25 fee may be assessed to rerun and overnight documents.
A surcharge is an added charge you pay to GOLFPAC over and above the base cost of the package when you choose to play premium courses. Surcharges reflect a higher cost of green fees and cart charges than what is included in the package price.
In general, resort wear is expected. Golf shoes (we suggest spikeless) and collared shirts are required at all times for men. Shorts are acceptable; however, courses with strict dress codes expect shorts to be at least 16" in length. Please do not wear jeans, cut-offs, tank tops, or sneakers. For women, we recommend golf shoes with socks, collared shirts, and slacks, shorts, or golf skirts.
In case of bad weather, call the golf course and inquire if they are open. GOLFPAC will only issue a refund if the golf course is closed on your scheduled day and time of play. If the course is closed, please call our office and let us know. Then, simply write “rain out or cold weather” on the voucher, along with the name of the person you spoke with at the golf course, and mail it back to us for a full 100% refund. If the course is not closed, GOLFPAC has guaranteed a paid round to the course, and should you decide not to play you will be billed as a “no-show.” It is your responsibility to inquire as to the weather related refund policy at each course should your round be interrupted during play. In most cases, the course will issue a “rain check” if you are unable to complete your round.
GOLFPAC and cooperating agents act only in the capacity of agents for the passenger in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, golf course reservations and transportation, whether by motor car or plane, etc., and as such they shall not be liable for any injury, personal injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of any defect in any company or persons engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out arrangements of the tour. Airlines shall not be responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft.
Answers to Tee Times FAQs
Golfpac has been the leader in golf travel for over 35 years and has booked over 3,000,000 rounds of golf. Also, we can book tee times for most courses 60 to 120 days in advance of play.
Booking tee times is easy and can be done in four simple steps.
- Step 1) Select your destination, date, time and number of golfers and submit your request. A list of available courses is displayed. Please note that all courses may not be displayed as they might not be obtainable due to availability, blackout dates, over seeding, tournaments, holidays, etc.
- Step 2) Select the course you wish to play by clicking on the add column for the course. The course will be added to your cart. At this point you may book another tee time or checkout.
- Step 3) Enter your personal and credit card information, check that you agree to the terms and conditions, and submit your request.
- Step 4) Review your request(s) and submit your confirmation. When your tee times are confirmed you will receive a confirmation email.
After you have requested your tee times we will process your requests. When your requests are processed we will send you an e-mail regarding your confirmed tee times. When you receive this e-mail you should follow the link to login to your account and print your confirmation vouchers. You should present your voucher to the course when you check in. It is also advisable to have photo identification available.
Your tee time includes green fees, cart and all taxes.
All tee times are subject to availability and we will attempt to get the closest available tee time within one (1) hour before or after your requested time. On the request form you may specify additional time parameters such as, one hour before or after, one hour before only, one hour after only or the closest available time. If we cannot meet your request we will not book your tee time, and you will not be charged.
Normally your tee times will be confirmed within 24-36 hours of your request; however during weekends it may take up to 72 hours to confirm your request. You will not be charged for any tee times that we cannot confirm.
Each course has their own policy on how far in advance you can book tee times, but in general, we can book most courses 60 to 120 days in advance of play.
When you select a particular date, time and number of golfers, certain courses may have restrictions such as no tee time’s available, blackout date, over seeding, tournament, holiday, etc. We only list courses who have not given us any restrictions for the date, time and golfers you’ve requested. However, tee times are still subject to availability.
Your credit card will be billed only after we confirm your requests. You will not be billed for requests we cannot confirm.

No, you will not be charged for tee times that cannot be confirmed within your requested date and time.
After we confirm your tee time(s) you will be sent an e-mail regarding your confirmed tee time(s). When you receive this e-mail you should follow the link to login to your account and print your confirmation voucher(s). You should present your voucher to the course when you check in. It is also advisable to have photo identification available.
You must cancel your tee times with seventy-two (72) hours of your scheduled date of play. If you fail to cancel within that timeframe, you will be charged the full amount.
You may cancel your tee times either online or by calling 888-848-8941 during normal office hours. To cancel online you should login to your account, click on the My Tee Times tab and click the cancel button to cancel all or selected tee times.
Under normal circumstances you should receive a credit to your credit card within ten (10) days of your cancellation.
If you cannot make your tee time you might want to call the golf course direct. Courses may assist you by changing your time; however, this is at the sole discretion of the individual golf course. The golf course phone number is located at the top of your confirmation voucher.
In some instances one of our golf travel specialists may be able to assist you with these types of changes, and you should call 888-848-8941 during normal office hours. You may not make any changes online, and you must cancel the existing tee time and book a new tee time.

If the course is closed, please call us at 888-848-8941 as soon as possible during normal office hours and notify us of the name of the person you spoke with at the golf course. We will issue a full refund. If the course is not closed, we have guaranteed a paid round to the course and you will be charged the full amount. If play is suspended during play, it is your responsibility to inquire as to the weather refund policy at each course. In most cases if you are unable to complete your round, the course will issue a “rain check”.
Weather related refunds are normally issued within ten (10) days of notification. If the course was not closed or you used your voucher we will charge the full amount on your credit card.

If you want to book a large group or tournament, you should call 888-848-8941 and book directly with one of our golf travel specialists. In many instances larger groups may receive additional discounts or the group leader may get complimentary play at the course(s). We can also assist in setting up tournaments at the course with scoring, longest drive, closest to the pin, meals, etc.
