About Kissimmee Oaks Golf Club (Kissimmee, FL)
Designed in 1986 by Karl Litten, Kissimmee Oaks features all-natural surroundings that provide a picturesque, memorable setting where water comes into play on 12 holes and gently rolling fairways wind through 100 year-old moss laden oaks. Along the way you'll play through nature preserves and protected wetlands that harbor local wildlife such as eagles, osprey, and sand cranes roaming the fairways. Featured also is an expansive driving range. Located in Kissimmee, the golf club is easily accessible, off Hwy. 192 just 15-20 minutes east of I-4 and most area hotels and attractions. "Enjoy Kissimmee Oaks, where the beauty of Florida and great golf come together!"

Jonathan (Nashua, NH) says:
Great place! We were only going to play 18 this day but we decided to play it again as the staff and the layout only got better throughout the day. Don't get discouraged by the lack of service early in the AM, the cart guys who were almost a sleep or the first 2 holes which will make you ask the question "why did we play here?" You will stand on the 3rd tee and the adventure wil begin! No more leaves, odd shaped bunkers, bad lies....nope they are all gone. What is in store for you over the next 16 holes (assuming you can find your way to the 6th hole) is something awesome. Risk and reward, par 5s you can reach in 2 if you have it in you, water very much in play, sand was pretty consistent. As me and my friends said, hitting fades or draws helps but isn't neccesary. Fun around for everyone in our group. Lastly, pretty laid back place, which we loved about it. We played our second round as a 5-some with some guy we just met. No one cared!!! Can you believe it, no one cared, in fact we actually played the back 9 with the new guy and one of the course rangers. (yes, we played as a six-some and never saw the guys behind us). Get past hitting range balls into water, sleepy bag attendants and the first 2 holes and this will be a course you won't soon forget. Be sure to play it and if you get a chance, re-play it because I am sure there will be a few shots you thought were good but now that you know the hole, you will take a different approach.

David (Akron, OH) says:
Kissimmee Oaks received mixed reviews from our group. It required a lot of partial shots with irons or fairway woods to keep from hitting too long and into water. A couple of group members really liked it but most would not want to play it again.

Kathy (Port Charlotte, FL) says:
Unfortunately, due to a great deal of rain the night before, we played on a great deal of soggy green and muddy fairways. The staff was exceptional. I left a club somewhere on the course, and when I called the golf club, they had it, so I arranged to have it shipped to me. They were extremely helpful.
