Check in and check out went incredibly smoothly. I tried several times to reach someone at the Damai with no success to inquire on a late check out. Several times I was put on hold and received no response after waiting o hold for 20+ minutes. Very frustrating

Damai is a condo unit that does not provide any basic maid or other services, hence the poor rating for lodging staff and service. We could have bought a maid service package, but it was something like $80 per day...outrageous and not worth it. Other than that, the lodging and location was fine.

The design has a lot of stairs....not sure why. There are very few towels, dishes etc. Required a lot of washing to stay equipped. The location is great, the pool etc is great, there was many things we liked about it. The beds are excellent, please take this as constructive advice only.

Convenience to courses was very good. Don't think condo was set up for seniors. Example: coming down from 3 rd floor to 2 nd floor - all the same wood flooring on landing and on floor- hard to tell there was a step there. No TV in 2 of the 4 rooms
