Stewart (Chicago , IL) says:
the house was not cleaned very well. the carpet was dirty. the coffee pot was dirty. we had to rewash all utensils we used. of course we had only a few knives and forks. we did not use the dish washer as we were not sure it was working. each time we showered on the second floor, water came up through the tiles.

Richard says:
Our accomadations were fair as it appears that Regal Palms Resort may be on the decline we have been staying for several years this being the worst we have seen as far as the rooms were concerned. Price would be the only thing bringing us back at this point but anything close we would consider

A great facility for us.

Adam (Middlebury Center, PA) says:
The resort was great. The TV in the room I stayed in was touchy and the reception didn't come in clear (and the TV in the living room was perfect). Other than that, the resort again proved to be a great deal and a great place to stay.

Al (Tifton, GA) says:
Regal Palms is a large resort made up of permanent residents and vacationers. Our Town home was far away from the pool and resort ammenities it really made it less likely to take advantage of those activities. Rooms however were clean and comfortable.

Adam (Middlebury Center, PA) says:
I had a small ant problem in my room, but that was due to things I kept in my baggage. The lodging was great, had everything we needed. Close to all the courses we played. Pool was great for a post-round swim.

The lodging we had the previous year was in better shape.

Clark (Proctor, MN) says:
Regal Palms was fine. They had us in a three bedroom although we booked a four bedroom. They corrected it quickly and with no questions. The only issue with the resort was the distance to the courses. I preferred Windsor Hills or Windsor Palms, which are closely to everything else. Nothing negative about the room or anything.
