Casa de Campo's Pete Dye-designed golf courses are among the best in the world. The famous Teeth of the Dog has seven holes skirting the ocean and consistently ranks as the #1 course in the Caribbean on Golf Magazine's "Top 100 Courses of the World." During the summer of 2005, the resort renovated all the greens on the Teeth of the Dog. There's also more "bite" than ever as the resort added a whopping 435 yards to course. The Links course, also designed by Pete Dye, has a moderately hilly track with tall bahia and guinea grass roughs as well as plenty of sand traps to keep you on your toes. Thought by some to be reminiscent of traditional British and Scottish courses, there are several lagoons and even lakes with wading birds. There are five holes where water comes into play on this course making it a challenge unto itself.
