The hotel was beautiful. Upon checking in however, one hotel staff did not even greet us or give us eye contact for a least a few minutes b/c she was too busy doing something...Not even a "Hello, I'll be with you as soon as I can." Luckily we were greeted by John McLean, who came out of another room, noticed us right away and quickly took care of us. If it wasn't for him, we would have been very irritated. Other than that incident, your entire staff was very good, everyone from the room service personnel, Raul to the restaurant staff at the Bella Vista. We would definitely stay her again.
