Surcharge From $18.00

Take your game to new heights at Aliante Golf Club, Vegas' newest, upscale daily fee golf facility. Renowned golf course architect Gary Panks started with rolling raw desert which he skillfully transformed into the neatly contoured course that serves up numerous risk/reward decisions during the course of your round. Stretching 7,022 yards from the back tees, the course is highlighted by numerous landscape features, dramatic bunkering, and strategic use of trees that are not commonly found in most desert courses, such as Pear and Purple Locust Trees. Although the layout is not cluttered with hazards, strategically placed bunkers and a rocky arroyo (that comes into play on 14 holes), meanders throughout the golf course and will quickly get your attention as they gobble up errant shots. Make sure your next Vegas golf vacation includes a round at Vegas's newest course, Aliante Golf Club!

AMELIA ISLAND - LONG POINT (Amelia Island)

Resort Stay & Play

Completed in 1987, Fazio's award winning design challenges golfers with natural hazards, tight fairways and elevated greens. The rolling fairways wind through three spectacular and distinctive settings: the magnificent marshes, the thick oak and pine forest and the scenic oceanfront dunes. Long Point's character is shaped by natural waste bunkers, large undulating greens and our very distinctive back to back oceanfront Par 3's. In addition, the golf course demands that the golfers' shot carry the water hazard on eight different occasions. Many of these holes leave the casual observer with breathtaking views of the Amelia River and expansive salt marshes.

NOTE: Long Point has very limited availability due to membership. If available, an extra charge to play Long Point will apply and will be payable direct to Amelia Island.

AMELIA ISLAND - OAK MARSH (Amelia Island)

Resort Stay & Play

The Oak Marsh Golf Course is one of the truly classic Pete Dye designed golf courses in the world. The course was built in 1972 shortly after the completion of the Harbour Town Golf Links at Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Oak Marsh is noted for its tight fairways and small greens, meandering along serpentine salt marsh creeks and through the moss draped heritage oaks that Amelia Island is famous for.

At par 72, this 6,500 yard course has fourteen holes with water hazards and numerous bulkheaded greens. A variety of bunkers are placed throughout the course to add to the challenge and a natural approach has been maintained as well with the use of coquina shell cart paths, native plant life and preserved habitats for the local wildlife. Walking is allowed after 4:00 pm.

AMELIA ISLAND - OCEAN LINKS (Amelia Island)

Resort Stay & Play

Winding along a coastal Atlantic dune ridge, Ocean Link's #4, #5, #6, #15 and #16 provide golfers with five oceanfront golf holes. The fairways and greens are parallel to the beaches of Amelia Island and meander through a unique coastal maritime hammock. This close proximity to the ocean and the ever changing seabreeze provide the golfer with exhilarating views and intriguing play. Ocean Links has ten holes that feature lagoons and marsh wetlands in addition to concluding with a par three whose green is strategically placed in the waters of Red Maple Lake. The golf course winds through six miles of the natural sand dunes and seaside terrain. It can be said that this is as much a nature tour as it is a round of golf. The course yardage of 6,300 yards is somewhat deceiving since small greens, narrow fairways and prevailing winds make the course play much longer. At par 70, this eighteen hole course provides a challenge to all golfer levels.

Taking inspiration from the striking views of the nearby Red Rock and Spring Mountain ranges, the Mountain Course is a golfer's dream that stretches through rolling terrain and native high-desert vegetation. Creative design elements and the stylish use of hazards present an aesthetically pleasing and challenging test of golf. The Mountain course is particularly treacherous around the greens. The Par-4 tenth hole requires an approach over desert to a crowned, well-guarded green of modest size. ARNOLD PALMER'S BAY HILL CLUB & LODGE (Orlando)

Truly one of the most recognizable courses in America, Bay Hill is known as Arnold Palmer's winter home course. The original design, by Dick Wilson, dates back to 1961. However, it seems like they are always tinkering with the layout, making it better and tougher for today's pros. The course is most famous for its final three holes, but the other 15 are just as impressive. It's one of those layouts that can just jump up and grab you at anytime. Number six, for example, probably sees more X's than pars. It's a massive par five, that hooks around a beautiful lake. A stay at Bay Hill is golf at its best! Who knows, you may even see Mr. Palmer on the course, the practice tee, or in the clubhouse.

BARTON CREEK - CRENSHAW CLIFFSIDE (Austin)

Resort Stay & Play

Golf course architects often try to mold the land to fit their design philosophy. Not so with Ben Crenshaw and his partner Bill Coore; they have a simpler philosophy. Says Crenshaw, "we believe the best architect is nature and the best player's courses make good use of the natural terrain. We let the land dictate the routing rather than imposing ourselves on the landscape." The designer's ideals gives the course a traditional feel with rolling fairways, natural plateaus, and a wide variety of green sizes.

Resort Stay & Play

Tom Fazio came back to Barton Creek to design Canyons Golf Course, the resort's newest course opened in 2000. According to Golfweek he must have done a pretty good job as they named it the "#1 course in Texas." The designer used twice as much acreage as he did on the Foothills Course (completed in 1986) with larger landing areas and bigger greens. However, the genius of Fazio is apparent in the subtleties of the putting surfaces and the use of the natural terrain. In fact, the design is so environmentally friendly that it is one of the first courses in the country with the Signature designation in the Certified Audubon Sanctuary System. Located just two miles from the main clubhouse, Canyons has it's own proshop and practice area.

Ranked #18 by Golfweek's Best Courses To Play in Florida 2008, this exciting links-style course called for all of architect Steve Smyers' years of skill and ability in course design. The goal: to build a challenging test of golf, a pleasurable experience for all skill levels, a stern challenge for long hitters. As a reclaimed phosphate mine with stands of native oaks, the original terrain was flat. The topography now features undulating fairways (six connected by winding bridges) and multi-tiered tees and greens, many surrounded by well-placed bunkers. The flow of the land around the greens was carried onto the putting surfaces, resulting in slopes, ridges, and numerous potential hole locations. BridgeWater requires 'strategy' to play skillfully and rewards classic shotmaking with an extra risk/reward approach. Lakeland off I-4 between Kissimmee and Tampa.

Surcharge From $0.00

Located on Orlando's north side in DeBary, this challenging course was designed by the golf design team of Clifton, Ezell and Clifton and is part of a vibrant semi-private country club community. Most holes are set away from the community by a buffer zone of dense woods and vegetation. The setting is more reminiscent of the Carolinas than Central Florida and The National Audubon Society has certified the course as an official bird sanctuary habitat. Most interesting for this part of Florida is the fact that the layout features just one water hazard, which borders both the 9th and 18th greens; these finishing holes join together and create a beautiful backdrop for their spacious clubhouse. With great course conditions, undulating fairways, and greens that always roll true and fast, it's no wonder Debary is consistently chosen as a US Open Qualifying site.

Deer Island Club is the centerpiece of a remote 400-acre island that separates beautiful Lake Dora and Lake Beauclaire. The shoreline is rimmed with ancient oaks, pines, palms and cypress trees, along with panoramic views of quaint Mt. Dora in the background. Most likely you'll even catch a glimpse of lounging native alligators along the lake banks. Although water borders all 18 holes, the course is eminently fair and will not penalize a good shot. Architect Joe Lee called Deer Island the "most unique course I've ever designed." An excellent value, this course is well worth the drive to Mt. Dora, 40 minutes northwest of Orlando. The longest of the three courses at Ford's Colony, Blue Heron is typical Dan Maples -- gorgeous to look at, fun to play, yet difficult to score on. Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay created a shotmaking challenge with tree-lined rolling fairways and well-trapped greens. In addition, there's water on 10 holes to add to the difficulty. Take your group back to the tips and the challenge will be all they can handle. The club, now managed by the Hampton Golf Group, underwent major renovations in 2006 and is always kept in premium condition.

With three designs already on Golfweek's list of '100 Greatest Modern Courses,' renowned architect Steve Smyers has teamed up with player consultant Nick Faldo to create one of Central Florida's most dynamic new courses at Grande Pines, centrally located in the heart of the action on South International Drive. Contoured, gently rolling fairways with numerous ponds and enhanced landscaping are all bordered by tall natural pines, oaks and palms. Numerous undulating greens are elevated and many are well-protected by artfully crafted bunkers... "target-golf" at its best, but recent renovations to landing areas and bunkers have tremendously softened up this memorable, challenging track. Marriott's strong emphasis is product quality and customer service. Perfectly manicured with consistant tournament playing conditions.

However, local residents now own the club and have done a terrific job restoring it to its rightful status.
